" (originally "Kabale und Liebe" by Friedrich Schiller, namesake of my uni) and they moved the focus from despotism, criticism of the rigidity of class to two young inexperienced awkward lovers. It was amazing as that connected a lot better with the audience than the original focus. That was achieved only by acting, no scenes were cut, no lines altered.
