Q: You gave people a good idea of how much time they had to get the German Panther 2 (in order to get the E-50) and the Pershing (in order to get the Patton). It would be great if we knew how much time we had to get a T-34 (in order to get an M103).

tbh the t34 isnt that bad when its fully upgraded, its just horrible when you first get it and then underpowered compared to other tier 9's after you dump 120k exp into it. It eats up money and is generally a grind but its not that bad a tank and the 120mm gun is lurverly

Yep. At least you can mount the 105 right off the bat without suspension or turret though. But that just makes it a T29. Historically the T34 was just a T29 with a bigger gun and another 100mm of armor welded on the back of the turret to counterbalance it.

My problem with it is that it has all the problems of the other American heavies at a level where even the turret armor is no longer invulnerable (that goddamn ridge above the mantlet has gotten me killed more times than I care to remember). The T30 at least has a hell of a boomstick, but the 120, while a good weapon, is not enough gun in that regard.

Sorry, but I love this fucking tank. I find it only really shines when in close quarters though. BTW I completely soloed that (silly) E75. Then scouted and killed the arties, then attacked base.

So after a bit of a grind this week, I got myself a T30. I have kept the T34 too in preparation of 0.7.2 when i get 2 free megatanks 8)

Good job! I haven't seen any Overlord blogs in a month. I know Russians take their New Year's celebrations seriously, but has there been any indication at all on the internet regarding when 7.2 is dropping? I've got 68k left to go for the T34. It feels very close, but I'm finding that I don't want to play the tank much because special events fuck up my win rate.
