If you are just using it for tackling you should have a long point and a scram, also just use rockets because it means less fitting sacrifices, rockets kill drones faster and nobody gives a shit about your DPS anyways.

I think Sharptoast was referring to me fitting LMLs on ship with scram (long range weapon system vs. shortrange scram). I know it looks odd and I'd love to fly without scram, but I just hate when I'm tackling for a small gang or even a fleet of something bigger and they can't keep up with target due to it MWDing away.

The EM rigged one has 4.4k EHP, 101m sig while MWDing, and cruises at 4.1 km/s before links/heat/implants, 1200 mm scan res, and a lock range of 52 km before bonuses. The less tanky one has 3.5k EHP, 1075 mm scan res, cruises at 4.4 km/s, 95 m sig, and locks out to 62 km before bonuses.
I have to roll some numbers but a Medium Ancillary shield booster could provide more EHP in the average "tackle and wait for your friends" scenario then a MSE without increasing the sig. radius, actually it's even easier to fit then a MSE II.
Regarding the scrambler, with Interceptors 5 the range bonus is amazing and often unexpected from your foes expecially in small gang warfare (like FW) where there are a lot of light kiters that need some punishment (Slicers, Hookbills etc)
