graves and vayne nerfs are pretty strong, but i dont think ahri will be effected at all by the changes

Ahri won't be affected at all apart from needing to be a bit more judicious with mana and not spam Q every cooldown. But that's fine. I still think she needs some ratio tweaks, she falls off so hard lategame it's not even funny. Graves nerfs seem to be aimed at his lategame, which is a bit lolworthy - his problem is his lane dominance and the fact that between levels 7-11 he can pretty much outbrawl anyone in the game with that insane Q+R burst. Increasing mana costs a bit won't help that. Vayne nerfs really aimed at her hypercarry status, not sure how much they'll actually affect her though. She's already piss weak in laning. I'd prefer to see them buff other carries up to the level of Vayne and Graves instead of nerfing the two best ones, but meh.

Other thoughts:

Jax changes: meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. Counterstrike's duration is so low as to be meaningless really, only gonna be useful in 1v1s. Rest of it looks mehtastic. He'll be strong top but everything that made him Jax has been removed, he'll be another generic wriggles + atmogs bruiser. Skarner nerfs are about right, he can afk jungle forever with just Q and the slow on it is a bit much. Also riot going HEY FUCK YOU TRYNDAMERE, huh? Those nerfs are MASSIVE and all aimed at his lane sustain, which is a bit much, but I really don't like the mocking shout change.

I really don't know what games you're playing whether they're sub-30 or just random lucky games, but the general consensus at all levels of ELO before the patch were that volibear was a pile of dogshit.

I have a comfortable 30 account, thank you. And I can assure you that despite not having seen the bear for quite some time (because many people think hes bad... go figure) this bloody bear can be an unkillable wrecking ball. Probably the same shit as with Wukong... not enough people play him despite him raping your mom while headbanging like its the 90s all over again, so lets do the only thing Riot knows: BUFF THAT SLUT UNTIL SHE SCREAMS!

Yeah, the buff wasnt that big but I havent the faintest idea how on earth those buffs were justified. But it worked - Wukong is now a regularly played champ.

I pretty much expect the same crap with Volibear.

Agreed. The bear was decent and surprisingly good, but with the current state of the balance, there are more interesting picks.

Also, back to 1700+ with my main account, Janna op ad fuck against Morgana, easily turned that game into 4v5 even though we got a retarded solo top we still won.

Broadly speaking utility is bad for everyone except supports. 9 points could be ok. Offense is really strong and da bomb on many chars. Defense is also useful, but not as much as off. Don't go def on carries.
