That's a sucker's bet and you know it. Just anything is welcome with him. Honestly I'd prefer it was a physical damage ult instead of a true damage ult.

It is, all they are nerfing is his DOT which depending on stats will probably still be really strong and the change to his ultimate isn't really a nerf its more of a bug fix, still refreshes on killing blow so he is still going to knock you straight down instantly with a bullshit amount of true damage.

Sivir might be getting a model rework after Soraka. IronStylus saying even if it's not being worked on, they definitely acknowledge it's an issue. After seeing what they did with Ashe, I'm fucking excited to see what they do with Sivir and Soraka when the time comes.

It's not a bad patch Galio/Kog/Jax/Naut/Urgot were hamming up the tournies because they're BATSHIT INSANE

Galio = free AP + I rape your AP
AP Kog = lol I in my base, shooting in your base, killing your dudes.
Jax = lol I in your face, killing your dudes.
Naut = no items needed I have CC to boot
Urgot = Bitch please (AD carry)

At a full on guess I'd say AD ratio buffs, probably a higher one on Judgment, I know it's already batshit mental high at 4.2 total, but it stops auto attack and Garen really runs of ouf damage mid to late game.

Possibly a rework on his ult and passive, they're both shit.

Guy can hope.
