Last couple of times Lichbane on Kennen was brought up. It's, as has been said many times, a luxury item and only something you get if you're already dominating and there's no hope of you getting fucked over for trying to LB proc them to death, as is said of any unusual items on champs not known to get them often.

Riot dunking on Activision Blizzard in PC gaming sales.

PC gaming has never felt more alive! According to The PC Gaming Alliance‘s Horizons Research 2011 report, we spent a record-breaking $18.6 billion on PC games last year. That’s 15% more than 2010′s figures. We are best.

If the report is anything to go by, PC gaming might literally take over the world in the near future. “No geographical market segments tracked showed a decline in 2011 in overall PC game revenue, while China continues to grow at nearly twice the rate of the overall global market for PC games with growth of 27% resulting in record 2011 revenue of $6 billion,” states the report. “Additionally, the mature game markets of Korea, Japan, US, UK, and Germany demonstrated significant growth in 2011, together recording increased revenue of 11% in 2011 to $8 billion.”

Everyone loves playing games on PC, basically.

These are 2010's stats, but I'm a sucker for an exploding pie chart.

The recent boom in free-to-play games has a lot to do with it. Zynga managed to almost double their revenues in 2011 to a staggering $1.1 billion. That’s a lot of turnip seeds sold (or whatever).

Tencent’s launch of Riot Game’s League of Legends in China was also a massive success, raking in over 11 million active players. The figures haven’t been counted up yet, but it’s expected that Riot are making more money from PC games than anyone else, including Activision Blizzard.

Subscription MMOs such as Rift and The Old Republic, along with a few AAA bombshells like Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3 and Skyrim also pulled in a lot of cash.

Matt Ployhar, PCGA president and Intel analyst seemed enthused by the news: “The PC Gaming juggernaut continues unabated, across the industry and geographic boundaries,” he says.

“While reports of Gaming sales at Retail show signs of struggle, the impact hasn’t been as great for PC Gaming which had an earlier adoption of newer formats, business-models & delivery with: Digital Distribution, Free to Play, and Subscriptions fueling PC Gaming’s strong global growth.”

I take Lichbane on them to bug out when i have to, or get in range to land a snare/taunt. That's why i have it. That and i fucking hate being slow.
Literally, i cannot stand it.
With Ahri it's so i can get in and out quick without wasting the ult just to move.
With Lux it's simply for the snare and to get away, it must work somewhat because i've had several games as her with no deaths.
With Kennen it's the same as Ahri.

I did buy it on Sion once now that you mention it. Speed isn't always about getting in to a fight though, a lot of it has to do with getting out too.

Also thanks Zekk, that's what i wanted to know. I'm still terrified of jungling though (no idea why...pussy i guess) but that is how i gank with Rammus, Ball, taunt, defense ball, ult sometimes.
Next time i play him i will jungle him. And thanks for the tip about shurelias revelrie, bought that last game i played and it was quite useful.

played a fantastic game last night (on the back of 3 horribad failures mind you).. I first pick and leave Shen/Rammus open for picking as I wanted to jungle one of them and the other 1st pick guy got the actual first pick. He Udyr or someone, I forget, I pick up Rammus, my team then pick Shen, Annie and 2 others that don't matter because we didn't need them in the game.

Annie asks me to gank at lvl3, which I do and we flatten Karthus. Karthus then proceeds to feed us both a kill every 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile Shen is stomping his lane with the odd gank from me and bottom lane don't matter.

By the end of the game, Annie has 20+ kills, I'm 10+, unkillable and building Movement Speed for the lols. 800+ ms is so much fun . I forgot about Shurelias Revelrie though

The need for greater mobility will diminish somewhat as you get better and better at positioning skills, I'd guess. Move speed quints may help, too. Plus Lich Bane is +8% movement speed, it's really not a lot. I wouldn't have thought Kennen or Ahri were in need of greater movespeed, given that both of them have teamfight repositions, but meh.

Up to 1100 elo from 1020 or somthing first ranked game since start of S2 only real issue being i played 3 diff roles in each game and not once was support thanks to duo Q types taking AD/supp role, as you know i support as pref. what do?

im a terrible last hitter, so should i stick to jungle as much as poss?

Currently working on get getting better as toplane Olaf. Last game i had a really hard time with tiger Udyr... traded kills at lvl1, then went double dorans +2 boots mallet. Prob should have rushed ninja taibi instead, i kept losing trades

Im thinking about a fun build for him, ninja taibi + vamp cep -> mallet + atma -> SV, zekes, ionic spark. First 3 are core ofc, but the rest gives him a bunch of additional hp, def and cdr.

Thoughts on beating Udyr with Olaf? Maybe armor + 5 -> ninja -> wriggles?

1. WW - you want to go solo top, with support runes. Gp10 are good. Start with doran's ring, die 3 times in a row to make enemy think you are weak. Buy and strike them. Kill them, kill their junglers. Outfarm them. Do not finish game unless you are 6/3 at least.
2. Karthus - kill no one with your ult at least 4 times, die 7 times, blame bot lane.
3. Kogmaw - ask anyone to pick nunu. Ask them to bloodboil you. Ask them again to buy zeke's. If all happen you won a game.

Yeah, i enjoyed it (i was Garen in this game, sitting in a bush, like you do). Galio was the bait (obviously).
They surrendered directly after, 5-0. I wish all random teams were this good and organised.
