17k IP, what do I buy? I got full runes for all the champs I enjoy playing. Only champs I don't own are Gragas, Wukong, Skarner, Heimerdinger, and Karma.

I do intend to get Graves on release cause he looks like a fuckton of fun.

Wukong really is better going 2 dorans blade, Brut into Ghostblade/Bloodthirster + tank.

His Q is a debuff which works before armour pen, so you really just chew through things, Trinity is nice, but I think Bloodthirster is a better weapon because it makes your ult go from useless to strong.

Buffs: Skarner (Crystal Slash mana cost reduced per level, ASPD/level buff, Ultimate duration buffed, Corki Gatling Gun being normalized, 4s at all levels, base damage now, skills off bonus damage

Dominion: Personal score gain speed increased. Basically a huge buff to the solo bot defender. 10% XP reduction in ambient XP, aimed at nuking hypercarries' domination. And something designed to keep faceroll teams from winning.

Found a new way to dick with a jungler. Take GP, ward jungle, ult jungle when they're at low HP.

This actually worked by sheer luck, had no ward, just wanted to dick with him a little.

also in other news, skarner with garrison is pretty funny on dominion

1. garrison point
2. ult enemy who was trying to cap point
3. fuck up enemy while holding them on garrison'd point

also helps tower dive and is just all around good
