What's the thing about launching a skill revealing you for 10 seconds about? Isn't the point of the stealth generator upgrades that you can launch skills without decloaking?
I tried to be cool and all I got was a lousy warning about my sig being too big.

Hi all, there is the detail of the last patch of Stellar Impact

    Patch note 1.7:

    Bugs fixes:

    - Many bugs in the “Infinite War” mod have been fixed.

    Optimizations:

    - In-game ships are now low-poly.
    - Ships in the Hangar are still high-poly.
    - Titans are now low-poly.
    - Escort-ships are now low-poly.
    - Turrets are now low-poly.
    - Shipyards are now low-poly.
    - Refineries are now low-poly.
    - Technological centers are now low-poly.
    - The safe zones are now low-poly.
    - The firing animations of the ships turrets have been deleted.
    - The support ship’s animations have been deleted.
    - The safe zone’s animations, except the crane of the repair bay, have been deleted.
    - The teleportation portal’s animations have been deleted.
    - Modifications aiming to fix the Rubber-Banding.
    - Textures optimizations.
    - The maximum zoom-in has been reduced.

    Have a good day all.
Wait till this patch is out then try again. The main problem atm is infi war isn't that great and the rubber banding can be annoying. Once they fix that they can get back to making new content which should make the game a lot more interesting.

So 1.7 is going to be a case of "hope you enjoy being a cuboid fighting another cuboid... possibly... we don't know what's happening because we have deleted all the visuals, so you might just be out for a drive. in your cuboid. then suddenly reappear at home. WHERE WE HAVE HI RES CRANES! WOO!" then?

Game's player numbers have gone downhill for quite a time. Guess it needs an other TB review, eh? :/

Bump. Visited site out of curiosity. English section of the forum is overrun by spammers, with massive dropoff of traffic and no word on patches (that I can find) in over a month. Most recent activity is in French section.

I feel sorry for the suckers who bought this game.

Now that the TB crowd has moved on having grown impatient for fixes, I suspect the online community will be noticeably barren.

My friend and I got into this in October, I think. He took a greater liking to it than I did. I was completely terrible at it, but I thought to myself that I had so many better options for free games to play that were more likely to be online in a few months. I then stopped playing or caring. I'm feeling entirely vindicated that this game went nowhere, so I would even feel sorry for the suckers that wasted time on this game, let alone those that paid the $10 or whatever it was.

They announced the new Carrier like 5 days ago so its not like they aren't working on the game any more

    http://www.stellar-impact.com/stella...hp?f=15&t=1633

The bots on their forum is getting massively retarded tho. Some of us even offered to help moderate the forum and just deal with them but they cba and now no one visits the forum as its just spammed to hell its too hard to find actual posts by people.

Were they any/many people from FHC playing this still? The dev's have since added an artillery ship since the carrier and its very nice. Tho its hard to play unless you have a team who helps defend you while you pew pew. Also the next patch on the 4th of April (or around then) will be the last patch..... before its on STEAM!!

I can hardly wait for steam release as they wont be resetting all the ships like they said they might so going to be some epic pew pew before randoms get the MK5 ships as well

Yeah they have new servers now so since i started again 2-3 weeks ago i've not lagged once. I think you started about when i did so you will have the carrier, support and arti ship unlocked as they gave them out free to people to help with testing.
