went on a roam the other day with a hookbill of the mwd dual web scram nature. we had bill nado and drake and the hookbill worked so damn nice as heavy tackle due to its speed and the whole dual webs thing

That was as much a derp on my part as yours, I went and threw together things in minutes which are probably sub-optimal rather than trawl back from the start.
Turns out this thing has some fitting issues/fitting module rewards mismatches, and getting dps is like the proverbial blood from a stone.

Fairly balanced resists at 48/44/40/50, tanks 98 DPS on a single booster before drugs/heat/tengu/crystals. Definitely needs some force multiplication to not suck.

I run something similar but I get rid of the 2 power mods and just do a small cap booster. Free's up the low for something more useful.

The asb fits are awesome if you roll with Loki and tengu links. You can tank medium guns really well if they do not have a neut. You can also not be noted in scram range so its pretty good tbh
