    Downtime Over

    well, downtime's over

i both moved into the new VM and upgraded the forum to 4.1.6, fixed a couple of kinks and Don took a look at the theme departament and everything's fine.

    things that were also fixed:

    -added the strike-trough tag
-youtube/spoiler tags acting gay on the fhc/fhc bright themes
    -search now works again

if anything we didn't notice broke please let me know via a post here and if its something sensitive please do it via PM

    thanks for your patience, etc~

I'm writing/testing a script right now that will let me regenerate the theme and add new features without Entrox having to be online.

Edit: Just noticed avatars are too small now for some weird reason.
Edit2: Not sure what happened, but it works now.
Edit3: Goddamn, the box around avatars doesn't want to go away.

It's not a "border" attribute, it's an "outline" attribute in:
    Code:
    http://failheap-challenge.com/clientscript/vbulletin_css/style00009l/showthread-rollup.css?d=1316988508
.postbitlegacy .userinfo .postuseravatar img, .eventbit .userinfo .eventuseravatar img

And nuking the outline attribute with firebug gets rid of the line, and nuking the border doesn't.

Same problem here. they randomly resize by 50% height/width, but change back to normal if I reload page or edit post.

Forums turned green for a bit during the downtime, had a couple of people comment to me on MSN about how it looked better than Don's skin. Please to be giving the green.

There's no reason for PHP tags to be gone, they're just <pre> things with a style for syntax highlighting afaik. 'HTML' was dumb because it's allowing anything to be interpreted in people's browsers (html, css, js, oh the fun we could have had if we'd done more sooner), but I'd be amazed if there was any tag to allow php to be included in pages and actually executed server-side.

Then again, why do we need php code snippets being posted?
