Get battle into encounter, some idiot points out we should camp enemy spawn. Everybody camps enemy spawn, suddenly capping is going on. Some people with brains move on towards the cap point, 80% of team still camping enemy spawn. Cap goes past 50% nobody even dares to move. Game is lost as all of the army is on the cap point and all my team are lined up neatly in a row trying to camp enemy spawn or cap it. How the fuck games works does?

Moron team mates requesting arty on an IS-4 behind an indestructible building, "no we cant hit there" me and the other arty said it at nearly the same time, dumbass response: "hurr durr you guize suck, hit him".
Same idiot tries to go head to head with an IS-4 in his tiger P, rather than flanking it while he is occupied with our IS-4 the tiger sits still RIGHT INFRONT OF THE IS-4 where the strongest armour is and gets shot by the IS-4 then rest of his HP gets scrubbed by an S-51, gj bro, well fucking done.
3 team mates rush forest and the other 6-7 watch them as they die one by one, no enemies die and the 6-7 then get picked off from the forest and then rushed when there is only 2-3 of them left, they then whine about hackers/gold shells/usual crap that retards who cant play spout.

This was all in the same game

Another game just now, our team nearly managed to piss it away, a win in the last 15s on campinovka assault.

We are attacking and some chatty players organise and rush the church side and up the hill, very slowly and with so little thought into what they are actually doing im surprised they can actually breathe unassisted.

An IS-4, AMX50B and IS-8 are camping behind the church and halting the attackers, IS-4, IS-7, T110, 2x Tiger 2s, Patton, KV-4 and some other scrubs.

The SUPER SLOW PUSH carries on and we get to the 4 minute mark, IS-4 and 7 are down (I think, the didnt do anything at the end) and we finally get to the church.
Down to 2 mins and all that is left defending is a T110, GW tiger and S-51 all on the top of the hill.

T110 appears a few times and me and the other arty pepper it and scrub some HP. One of our team decides to start capping and our T110 goes to the other ramp to push up the hill.

1min left, our T110 is VERY SLOWLY pushing the hill and their T110 appears for the last time and dies, meanwhile inthe last 2 mins the one of the IS-4 or 7 and the 2 KTs have camped the church not moving at all. 6-7 v 3 and there is only one guy on our team willing to push the hill

The S-51 gets spotted and crushed, only the GW tiger left with 30s on the clock, our T110 decides to rush it (he had 1400 HP left ...) and flanks the GW tiger just as i let a round fly, if he stopped next to the GW tiger instead of keeping on going we would have probably lost, thankfully he didnt and my round strips the last of the HP from the tiger.

tl;dr camping risk adverse retards neraly throw a match because they have no fucking clue what to do.

Why haven't people figured out that you DON'T win maps like assault on Malinovka, Prokhorovka, and Sand River by laying in ambush at the top of the hill behind your flag? Even half decent tankers don't get this. I had a SU-152 and M26 camp in A0/B0 on Malinovka on my team. I told them over and over move down the hill. I was the ONLY tank that tried to spot from the hill just on the upslope side of the forest. Lorraine and VK28 come along, and I spot them, and start pounding the Lorraine. One of the two spots up the hill to my team. Guess what? SU and Persh are the first to die from snipers. They start blaming me that I don't know anything about defending, and they would have won somehow if they were allowed to camp... more? I really don't get it. This was coming from a Pershing driver with a higher efficiency rating than myself.

I have had exactly 1 Assault Match of Campinovka since 7.4 and I was defending. We set ourselves up on the hill with 2 scouts on either side down in the more forrest part and we ripped them apart.

Well, that was part of the problem. The scout was me in a Panther. Oh, and there was a Chaffee that hid behind the church all game and was the last to die (arty got countered early on). The SU and M26 has a T30 and Jumbo keeping them company in A0 as well. I find it much more effective on maps like this to lead a charge down one flank while two heavies/destroyers guard the other flank. You rack up a ton of kills before dying in a fire and prevent the enemy from attacking back the other side up hill. Relying on high camo bush scouts to win the game for you is just not possible in a random in my experience. On defense, you get 7 tanks trying to hide behind the church all bumping into each other, and 5 other guys waiting in A0/B0 to defend or ambush or whatever.

in the 50-2 on Erlenberg defending an assault so it looks like the perfect time to try my new tactics which is essentially DONT scout but wait for a time to be effective, either flanking or defending your flag.

Some douche in a T-34 tells me to follow him and when I dont shoots me and turns blue. First kill of the match is gonna be a friendly then . I light him up under sniper fire from the enemy and get back to the pounce spot.

At this point I can see the enemy is congregating around the peak of the hill and the team are looking split so i move to assist. Get a KV-1S kill and survive a close range detracking to go finish off an ISU-152 bouncing shots like a boss. Head back into the fray killing a Lorraine and then a KV-1 and shooting up a Panther II. Reposition myself somewhere safe as the enemy is down to two tanks now and for some reason our team is split fucking miles away from the capping point in heavies that wouldn't have a hope of getting back. We are reaching low time by now and the games in the bag so i rush down to plink at an is8 for giggles and we end victorious.

All the while through the game this dude who went blue on me is whining calling me a coward but tbh I think it went pretty well. Funny how people dont get the new game modes.

8 kill game in Easy 8, would have been an awesome win except our T-34-85 went to the enemy's spawn zone (not the cap) and went afk, and our KV-2 got stuck on some scenery in a useless position. Hoo boy.
