Edit: By newly, I should clarify. I mean new as in 2011 release. They may stop it after Graves though, considering we'll be in 2012 by next week.

Don't think they will. I mean: they sell the bundles on release. Some weeks later they sell the champ for "real money" on a sale again. Worst what could happen to riot would be all players buy champs with IP, so it's kinda a win/win.
Don't really like Graves enough to buy him, even on sale.
Plus my girlfriend has him already so meh.

Well assuming we're all level 30 (which I know isn't true, but for sake of the argument) there's very few things you'll get much use out of that 300 RP for. XP boosts are disabled at 30, so you have IP boosts and skins.
300 doesn't get you a runepage (which you can still buy with excess IP anyway).
What's left? There's not much, right?
