Also didnt have the best 2022, started with COVID in February (despite vax + booster, thankfully got over it quickly), then lost two relatives unexpectedly, work has been a plague on my psyche.
2023 *has* to be better, first step: find a new job for once my contract expires.

2022 was a shit year for me, but I can't put a finger on why exactly. Family bullshit / Covid / work pressure just seemed ramped up compared to 2021.
Let's hope 2023 is not too bad.

2022 can go suck it, migraines and stomach problems intensified untill I put my foot down and scaled down my work effort. At least the decline halted but I'm nowhere where I need to be health wise. 2023 will need carefull restraints in order to not implode.
I should probably start doing yoga or somesuch wellness nonsense.

As for most, 2022 also felt like being one of the more miserable years in my life. Besides the Corona infection I caught at the end of the year (feels like a mild cold with a bit more caughing than my usual smoker's caugh and a bit of sneezing and I am a bit dizzy, so not really painfull), I did fine on a personal level. But the crisis triumpherat of COVID, Ukraine war and the ever more alarming signs of climate change has me worried more than years past. And while COVID has decreased to managable levels, I'm afraid the war will stick with us throughout 2023.
