Continuing in the tradition of me losing every fantasy sports league related to failheaps, here is the 2011-2012 NHL Fanatsy League.

Please sign up! If we hit the max team limit (unlikely) i'll raise it, just reply here and say its full. We'll do offline draft because lolinternets. Please take a look at the scoring rules and let me know if anything should be changed.

I'll set the deadline for new teams to Oct 1. After that i'll lock the teams and run the draft, so do your draft shit before then!

Some. It starts you with a default draft order based on player rankings/last years performance. You can then adjust the order, add/remove as you wish, etc. Once everyone has their order locked in, it will auto assign people into an order to pick in. It reverses the order each round of picks, so in the 2nd round whoever picked first now picks last, etc. It just goes through your order and picks your highest ranked player still available.

Once a week you'll want to log on and check who you have starting on what days. Players play on the same day they do in real life, so you'll have to make sure you have them starting in your line up that night, pull them out of the line up if they get injured, etc. Points only count if you have a player on your lineup when he plays. If someone scores a goal one day but you have him on the bench, that goal doesnt count for your points.

Last season i usually just checked once a week, and did my lineup for the whole week. It tells you who is playing on what days, and its just a drag and drop UI to move people from the bench to the lineup, and vice versa.
