So can you tell us anything about the mysterious "Project A"? Is it a major feature of the next expansion, the newfangled DUST-enabled PI, something more far-reaching?

It is called "Project A" in the list because listing it under the actual name would give away too much. And so for that reason, I will say nothing about it, sorry.

EVE once was about internet spaceships. Then those became serious business.
Now all that is left is serious business, and spaceships are docked for two years till after the Dust of Incarna.

Considering the Ship Paint Shop feature that dropped off the radar after the Scorpions From Thin Air debacle, I imagine "Project A" pertains to the Flying In Space portion of CCP's Monetary Transaction efforts. If it is, I'd hope that it remains vanity only, but CCP never did guarantee against that.
Sort of curious about how that discussion worked out... I remember the old thread on the EVE-O forums were most of the Dev's simply ran L4's in high-sec... but what were your findings?

On topic, the CSM activities list is good to see, at least it looks like you're not beering it up and partying like it's 1999 with CCP
