But i cannot redeem it, need to have a qualifying AMD graphics product for it to verify

Is it asking for a serial number or do you need the qualifying product installed? I got it when I bought a 5900X.

And I can only recommend trying game pass ultimate. Tried it first time like 6 months ago, and there so much value in the games there.
Works on both Xbox and PC (though you gotta use the xbox app and stuff, but worth it)
