I zero at 100m, 50mill groupings npnp optics or iron sight.

Posture sight picture and follow through, don't fucking fidget between shots etc

My .243 will put 3 bullets into a dime no problem at 100m

Which is a scoped bolt-action rifle rather than an unscoped carbine made out of a miniuature machine gun so i'd be surprised if it wouldn't.

Actually you hit the nail right on the head.. I'm struggling with sight picture. I am having issues focusing on the white with orange contrast for this shot... I blurred a bit. I have said for awhile I need glasses, but I mean if the target were darker I'd prolly be more consistant.

Either way.. first time shooting it. I'm taking it out again tomorrow.

nah smaller targets and quick walking distance. It all works out if you do it right.

25 meters. zeroing is about getting your shot group right and your sights set properly, not making pretty holes in something far away. That is for after you have everything set up properly.

I've been shot at by enough Russian weapons to know you don't really aim for any distance.

Why don't you buy a taurus instead of a beretta then.

Because Taurus makes shit? A Bersa .380 Thunder is a unique gun, it's not exactly the same gun, but it's the same general size and it's amazingly good considering it's 300 bucks.

    Fuck .380. Shitty cartrige IMO.

.32 ACP (Walther PP, Kel-Tec P32) or 9mm and bigger, tbh.

You call .380 shit, and then recommend .32 ACP?

.380 performs almost exactly like a subsonic 9mm.

She bought an SR22.. she's alittle leary about larger calibur pistol. Eventually she is gonna move up to a 9mm. I think she really likes the 1911 platform now over the walther ppk gayness...

Yes, statistically .32 ACP is one of the better performing handgun rounds and is almost completely devoid of recoil. Shot placement and quick, accurate follow up shots are much more important than caliber and .32 ACP makes both of those easy. .380 is snappy as fuck and has too much recoil in the guns that chamber it. 9mm and above generally come in larger guns with better recoil mitigation.

Venison is good eating. How are you planning on cooking it?

So basically makarov has too much recoil for you to handle since it's 1.5 more powerful than .32ACP? Got it.
Better recoil mitigation? Better than blowback? Does 1911 come with ~balanced automatics~ or something?
