I personally dont put anything in for flavor but I have made an after eight version once. Normally I just make a strawberry / raspberry coulis dependent upon whats cheap at the market or make a fudge sauce if i'm wanting a blowjob. Coulis are dead easy, i'd just do one of them rather than screwing with your fondant recipe.

If your having trouble with it what recipe are you using? Try the Gordon Ramsey one as a good starter base. Once you get your confidence you can fuck with it then.

oh, i'm not having any trouble, except STUFFING MY FACE WITH SUGAR AT 10PM.
Other than that it's ridiculously simple, i did the Ramsey version, but picked up from some random web page
regarding coulis... you just pour it over/under the fondants?

Nice "sandwich". Love these little carrots.

Today: The below + roasted bread + bottle of wine + sunshine + day off = a pretty good day so far.

Not as simple as a toast but close: Matjes and fried potatoes... and a large cold beer.

its quite easy really, puff pastry cooked between two baking trays so it stays flat, a basic chocolate mouse recipe and some raspberries. If your lazy just use the store roll of pastry and the chocolate mouse is really easy too, just one egg to every 30g of good quality chocolate and one tablespoon of sugar, multiply up for however many you need. Melt the chocolate, separate the egg white and whip with the sugar into soft peaks, then add the yolk to the chocolate and then fold into the peaks. Chill until its of the right consistency. Make sure you use icing sugar on the raspberries and chocolate top and bottom of the pastry. Otherwise easy and looks pretty good too.

Fired up the BBQ and made up some very tasty chicken. Used this marinade and had the chicken in it for about 6 hours. Turned out great but I think I'll let it go overnight next time.

Crappy old gas grill turned char-grill!

    Finished Product

Sittin back with a bowl of ice cream now.

P.S. The brats also turned out good
