This is the one fact that makes me less than enthusiastic about getting an IS-3. I really like the IS, but from what I've seen in many a game, the IS 3 looks super fun to play. But god... do I really want to spend 19,000 extra xp while still in the IS for the 25T?

edit: toolbox + four Lowe crewmen with 95% repair efficiency = about five second repair time for tracks

Yes.
You need the 122 D-25T before you can unlock the BL9 so you may as well get it on the IS.

Dutch don't get me started on the Pershing/Patton. I am the biggest fucking fanboi for them on FHC. I'm like the RazoR equivalent in my massive boner i have for those two tanks.

Personally I didn't like Jagdtiger, too many drawbacks (it is too big and lower plate is fail).

Lorraine is quite interesting. Long reload time will make you rage. Cannot hold on its own, which is a huge drawback in pub games. Quite big target with no armor.

I would still pick Lorraine over Jagdtiger, with Lorraine you can at least pick your fights.

Dicks didn't follow my suggestion for tackling their last real tank (they still had an SPG.) We lost 2 to 1. Although I didn't know you could still get Defender if you lose the match so that's okay IMO.

Well im sitting on 105k xp on ferdi and 45 on 13 90.
I quite like both tanks.

The JT is nice.

But that's it.

It's gun is awesome but the chassis it's with is pretty bad. It has one of the best gun depressions, acceleration, and agility of all of the tier 9 TD's. But it's frontal hull is absolutely weak. Even a KV-2 can penetrate it. Not to mention the fact that it has the same camo value running at flank speed out on a road as it does staying still behind a bush. It's a big arty magnet, and that's coming from an arty and JT player.

If your looking more long-term, then I'd go for the Lorraine. With that, you will at least use it in t8 company battles and advance it towards the BatChat to be used in Clan Wars. The JT will remain as a doorstop as far as company/clan battles are concerned.

We pretty much dominated the enemy team on Himmelsdorf, at the end they only had 2 or 3 tanks left (of wich one was a full health e-100), we had 9. Our vk25p was caping and i told him to stop....wich he didnt...so i killed him...

on a different note: where the fuck does the m103 have that 203mm frontal plate? Im even getting penetrated by tigers and shit....so fucking annoying

The M103 has that awesome prow that is double armored. That's to say, that the upper glacias armor and the lower hull armor overlap, effectively making it 2x the normal thickness. And that's before the angle is taken into account.

Unfortunately, the rest of the armor around that prow is pretty weak. But at least it's angled heavily in those spots.

m103 comparable front protection to the is8 that means not very strong but better firepower ( with gun depression accuracy etc ) and is8 has better mobility... but i noticed that is8 has pretty good accuracy on the move and i like it

Implying you need to pick fights in the Jagdtiger. It just eats everything no matter what its facing.
