If you're just ratting in belts, it's fine and isk per hour, it's on par with an ishtar or a domi at ratting.
I cannot believe you thought I was referring to the tanking or range abilities when my fit that I posted was 2 shield extenders and blasters.

I can see where ralara is coming from, its good for belt ratting when the rats warpin or chill around nice and close to each other. I provided DPS support with a buddy in sanctums a while ago, ate through BSes in no time.
