    WH40K: Inquisitor

aka Diablo set in WH40K that you wanted

So apparently after a year and a half of extensive fixes this is a good game and i can vouch for that.

Well yes there was a 60% sale a week ago

That said half of DLC are cosmetic bollocks and the other half are sidemissions, the only big one is Prophecy which adds the mechanicus class.

It's much better than it was at launch, with the 2.0 mechanics.
I picked up all the DLC + Prophecy for about 20 in the sale last week.

so like i might be doing something wrong but i'm breezing through missions with +5 just heavybolting everything
i occasionally remember there are other buttons when some fat bastard joins in on the purging
might ramp it even higher but those penalties start looking scary

I did like what i played but got bored / distracted after a short while - probably need to go back and start playing again.
The story is pretty derpy, but it's 40k so what do you expect ?
Please don't teach me what to do with my pc.

    Still better than fallen order

Small observation: there is actually an AI, it's just that 90% of battles so far are melee trash in a hallway.

Is it worth buying? For someone who thinks PoE is 2nd coming of Jesus?

I only did like 4 hours of PoE way back when but this hooked me up real good.
Mostly because it's WH40K (even though i'm not a huge nerd) with all the fluff and the story is good despite suffering from padding but that is expected.
Also i'm level 35 and there are still new mechanics being introduced.

Considering that it's on 60% sale (guess they got such a huge boost in that midweek sale they went in again)? Yes. Might wanna even get just the base game to czech it out - DLCs are really midgame and later content unless you want a tech-priest char from the get go.

Ok so since i have a mate cooping with me now i went ahead and created a cabal, "Failbringers".

Heavy Bolter was my bae but i now have a side chick - Multi-Melta. Ridiculous secondary modes.

Tried assassin, really meh for solo.

You just have to kite a bit.

Had a truly stupid bug on an Intel mission went in lvl 18 vs 21, OK no bigge only 60% extra dmg taken and 35% less damage done, enemy also regenerates rapidly but i have a lot of dmg i can do this.
Starts hitting enemies, hmm they have a lot of HP.... Hmm really 7000hp on a standard guy... Hmm Elites have 40k hp..... hmm Hp falls if enemy have chased me around half the map.... OK this can be done, refuses to give up.

Boss on final objective 250 000 HP, manages to tag objective while boss man chases me around - Moonwalks away from that ridiculous thing.

Kiting is busywork when the enemy just rushes and you don't have the luxury of infinite space.

Are you sure the mission had no modifiers? All intel do.

    LvL72 Psyker checking in.
Spamming warp rod storm all the way. Handing out vulnerabilities, shock & slow as cookies. For heavy armor bosses I have to change to molten beam and melt them down easily.

Currently, I'm spamming intel missions for new tarot cards and void crusade for ancient artifacts.

    Psyker is really easy mode.
