OK i know ban me bad topic.
So the game in a good place if you ask me, but i am a MASSIVE fucking newb (admittedly i was less so with PS1 , never really clicked with PS2).
Anyhow, am in UBAD and seems pretty dead, is that possible to fix?
If not ill go grab a new outfit (no rush on this, the game is ok in terms of making play fun) but i was wondering about getting a gang together.

I'll try to remember to update the game today and give you invite rights. If not today, probably the weekend. Though in all honesty, might be better to join a more active outfit than try to recruit UBAD back to a functional state.
Occasionally I get the urge to reinstall after thinking about some of the UBAD goodtimes.
But I always find something else to do - it wouldnt be the same without all the people.
This is indeed the main issue. I tried once or twice to get the group back together and it didn't really happen. Shame, but that's how these things go - people's lives change, find new games, etc.
Oddly, I now play Ark with someone who was in TR when Woodman merged with Miller. We were chatting about it last night - sundies on galaxies, ESF's and maggies in Biolabs... those were the days...

It just feels extremely tedious. Networking/hitreg doesn't work right anymore and they keep adding all these nonsense gimmicks. There's this multiple GL now so people spam doorways with even more explosions

Yeah and damage comes in as chunks now
The guy who shoots 18% acc and mag dumps will erase you in a single frame
Man, UBAD was some of my best time gaming. Good group of mates all playing a shitty game together
I played quite a bit in July and would generally totally be up for more
I still play it.
