Did my compulsory duty, preferenced the Hemp party ahead of the Liberals/Nationals and have had my democracy sausage.
I'm betting on Labor to win thanks to the impeccable timing of Bob Hawke.

I've been working all morning.. They will be out of sausages by the time I get there.. This will mark the first time I haven't made it in time for one..
I would comedy vote for Palmer but we learnt from the US a comedy vote is a bad idea if everyone does it.

All truth passes through three stages.
First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident..
Morrison has been in power for less than 2 days, has already renegged on one of his major election promises.. Colour me surprised.
Also fuck you Queensland.

Lol I'm in cowan. Last election we were one of the last seats to be called and this time with 76% counted there are only a few hundred votes in it.

I mean, I'm not entirely shocked by any of this - what with this being the worst timeline and all - but I thought it'd be a (close) ALP victory, at least.
Sportsbet paid out early on Labor winning the election lol

P. sure One Nation pref. LNP (the winners) and put ALP (opposition) last on their How to Vote cards. One Nation and the UAP fed prefs. to LNP and that's what helped them hugely in Queensland. Which ruined everything for the rest of us.
That and the UAP ran a big scare campaign there about the ALP to the tune of like what, fifty or sixty million dollars worth? A lot of TV & online ads. There's obviously some pay-off involved. It's cooked. Like we'll be once climate change sets in, not that we're ever going to change the fate of the world by ourselves but not even trying doesn't look good for getting anyone else moving...
I think Clive Palmer spent more money than everyone else combined and didn't win a single seat.
