Success, only minor issues
Every part will be cold, wet, expensive, late, embarrassing
International security incident

I'm a Chinese gymnast. mite b cool
Also the weightlifting has been fucking ace, best event in the Games by far, awesome crowd support and great drama. Lots of records being set too.
Commies are still 1, 3, and 4 in the gold medal standings with US in second. Are you even trying to beat the damn commies, europe?
As in history, commies can only beat themselves - but that thoroughly
You are most like:

Men's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay

Everyone is already roided to the gills bro. This is common knowledge. Only the US doesn't, hence why only one male lifter qualified.
I honestly think the North Koreans didn't even bother going off cycle. No men's medals in 2008, to two golds in the first two weight classes? And all these records? Yeah no.
in other news USA finally catching up to China in medal count... USA USA USA USA USA
I think our doping technologies fell behind.
Gonna be watching the synchronised swimming.
This is the Australian team.

China has two teams
China wants gold and silver
China needs both teams in opposite groups to avoid knocking one of their own teams out
China starts deliberately loosing to S.Korea
S.Korea realise and try to counter-lose
China succeed at loosing
S.Korea's 2nd team tries to lose against Indonesia in order to re-shuffle the group against China's favour
Indonesia realise and try to counter-lose
They should ideally be disqualified, both from the doubles and individual events but they won't, personally hoping the IOC simply over-rule the planned grouping hierarchy and manually match the teams that tried to lose directly against each other. If they don't disqualify or directly intercede against these teams's plans then they are incompetent.
First British gold in the women's coxless pairs.
