In theory yes. In practice, there is no poding in RvB and many of the pilots have insta undocks and tacticals near where you would be.

Be warned, while there are plenty of noobs in rvb, there are also plenty of richer than creosote veterans who stick an alt in RvB for hassle free thrasher fun in their off hours. If you start messing about playing lame station games they will happily undock in their shiny and tear you to pieces.

We were just coming back from a post-match bio when RvB kicked GOML to death, so the dozen or so Fearless pilots still about decided to swing by for their Ganked night.

was a good laugh, the RvB pilots ranged from lulzy dudes having fun through to that some PVD123 guy who was just massively perma-mad that the fleet was not SRS PVP, and was a change from the usual small fleets we roll around in.

had to dip out when we stopped for a bio due to being knackered and having neglected my better half all day, but would come again if the glorious clusterfuck stage happened a bit earlier in the evening!

TBH it usually does, in fact half the time we run into a flashy gang in lowsec just a few out from our form-up, and then die at least twice busting camps/cruising in & out of entry pipes/running into a fight.

I mean, wtf was with that 40man CVA BC gang with no recons or logis that came at us, but then ran. And the 8 Tengus + links & support that didn't even want to try pick something off in the end.
I'm just thinking back ~2 months ago to that brawl we had with goons and Vily in his CS, they stayed on the field and kited & tac-warped us at least 300km total while we caught their tech2s 1 by 1 in a fun random fight to the death that they could have chosen to run from. I guess fighting towards Delve is srs bsns atm.

Quite glad I brought combat probes this time, even if everyone had to keep waiting/doubling-back for ganks, good practice for when we find the mythical officer-fitted bear derping in space

Edit: said fight starts at 10:50 in the fraps and is the second half of it. Most stuff before is ganking shit we came across and us being double-crossed by TEST to serve us up rather than make it a 3way/us be their tacklers. You can see how little dps we have when shooting the Lach and Drake in the last part.
