why pick a 3.5% bonus when you can have 10%?
[the scythe wasnt adjusted back when the tracking link bonus mechanic/math was changed ]

Pretty standard but the CCs are a waste, you dont need all that cap.

Depends on what you fly (and if you always carry strong mindflood), but beeing able to capstable mwd and rep is more important then 2k ehp, dual invul is bad tho as it stacking penalizes heavily with the tengu, em ward field + invul is better.

    Or:

    [Scythe, sycthe+]
Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I
Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I
Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I
Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I
    Internal Force Field Array I

    Large Shield Extender II
    Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
    EM Ward Field II
Conjunctive Ladar ECCM Scanning Array I
    Experimental 10MN Microwarpdrive I

    Gistii A-Type Small Shield Transporter
    Gistum C-Type Medium Shield Transporter
    Gistum C-Type Medium Shield Transporter

    Medium Processor Overclocking Unit I
Medium Core Defense Field Extender I
Medium Core Defense Field Extender I

Capstable with standard midflood, reps more then both while having ok ehp, if ehp arent that important and youd rather have better resistance then a anti themral rig is better.

If you have room for a thermal rig, yes. If not, no.
Now I have a T2 gun. Ho, ho, ho.

    SHC '10 and proud.

Applied Creations is recruiting. Mystic Volundar says, "It could be you! " =D
