    [PVP] Rokh

Basic Passive Rokh, awaiting incoming Blaster Buff

No but seriously it's already pretty decent if you load void.

    Hammerhead II x5

124k EHP, which is pretty massive
1007 DPS @ 13+10 (void) range, which is insane for blasters, at least.
Null hits at an impressive 22+26 @ 764 dps

w/ heat + +3% implants max dps is 1214 w/ void and 912 w/ null (which is huge at 22km)

    Re: Rokh

Pretty much the fit I'm rocking. Not the kind of thing I'd use solo though, and with :lolcaldari: locking times your point is kind of redundant. I'd drop it and stick another LSE on there, or a tracking computer and upgrade to a third magstab.

Empty slots to taste. For example ship scanner in mids or another cap booster.

Rigs need to be extenders or egress, your choice.

Lows can be power diags, nanos, CPRs or anything really.

Drones to taste, but I advise 5 valks so you're not completely helpless to everything. Or you can use 5 neut drones so they can keep something at 0% cap due to their relatively quick cycle time.

This is probably the best neuting shield battleship due to the 8 highs and resist bonus. Use it for capping out mass quantities of pulsebaddons or capitals.

    Hammerhead II x5

    Is a functional blasterRokh.

    874 DPS w/ null and hammerheads @ 25+29. (981 Overheated)

1160 w/ void and HH @ 13+10 (the optimal seems far enough to use successfully with tackle.

You can refit the mids to have a point and even web at the expense of tank (or cap life, which is pretty decent if not being neuted) for solo / very small gang work.
I tried to be cool and all I got was a lousy warning about my sig being too big.

My take on the PL rokh. One less tank mod, better engagement range and more dps.

    124k EHP before links

    62+39 @ 609 DPS w/ CNAM
    93+39 @ 507 DPS w/ CN Uranium
    224+39 @ 353 DPS w/ Spike (if you're under 150, use Lead)

max lockrange 180km (iridium @ 355 is the last ammo more effective than spike w/ a 149+39 range)

using heat / implants / frentix booster produces considerable improvements.

    Hammerhead II x5

    Solid fit.

    I used mine w/ LG-crystals.

didn't even drain the first booster, and didn't pop the blue pill i had in my cargo.

    Tanks 1230 (2410) with 1 (2) boosters running before ANY implants/links/boosters

With LG-crystals+ONLY shield harmonizing running on a standard T1 alt, it tanks...

2042 (4013)... slightly better with Tengu of course.
Heating it improves the burst tank to 5591 with link/crystal/ and 3356 before any enhancements.
1056 dps (1191 heated) w/ CNAM. NO tracking bonus aside from the rig so I stick with that. It would probably benefit slightly more either from T2 tracking or T2 burst rig.

*note tank values are ~20% higher when popping pill but I haven't updated to that version of EFT yet.

Took it out for a test drive:
    http://kb.cva-eve.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=235272

killed both without draining the first booster. Got the harmonizing link running on a ferox late in the fight (was tanking without it) due to a nearby ferox shield boost alt willing to help out.

It is vulnerable to heavy neuting, but taking anything off the mids seems .. dangerous.

Yeah the "non-obvious" factor was a big plus.

So, what Rohk fit are the TESTies standardizing on? What's its schtick?
    Contract stuff to Seraphina Amaranth.

I think just PL is Rokhing. TEST is sticking to Drakes and Alpha Fleet.

You could knock one gun off for an E500 nos. Costs you around 100 DPS but fixes your cap problems.

Nice thing about the 8 gun ships is that knocking a turret off to put a utility module in costs you less of your overall DPS, 12.5% vs 16.7% for a six gun setup, not counting drones. It's not usually the best idea, but if your fit can't sacrifice anything elsewhere...

Only ship that would have to drop a turret with less than 8 turrets to gain a utility high slot is the Dominx
    Actually an '06.

    MWO: Northern Nomad

Someone told me that 2x ANCR's would be useless when I proposed this before Inferno hit tranquility. Offcourse it works, its effing brilliant. I had a lol time on singularity testing this on CNR's.

finally lost mine, not due to neuts or ewar or anything, but an overwhelming force and enough webs to stop me from closing to gate before my boosters ran out.

Do you recommend the active tank or the passive tank for small gang work? They both look like good fits, just want to know what you ended up liking better?
