Chinese language settings for win7/opera/chrome/firfox

Every post on this forum that has chinese characters shows up to me as ????.

How do I set up my browsers to read the squiglies? Im using win7 x64 and Chrome/Opera/Firefox.

Checked the FAQ but no mention of the answer.

i do believe you need to install the language packs so windows can show them instead of squares ;p

Lol this is doing my head in :S

Killboard shows squiglies (eg http://west.killboard.nl/en/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=30733)
And so does this craptastic site (http://www.china-maps.trax2.com/viewing-chinese.html)

But the forums still show ????'s.

I thought it was me being a dumb ass xD.

So everyone is seeing these ???'s or are my browsers being nazis?

Have tried forcing page encoding to Chinese, traditional, simplified, iso, still nothing :S.

Guess I'll leave it for now xD, still gotta get the client downloaded and an account made.

edit: re-reading into it i would have to do a scheduled downtime to change that it seems :V

Yeah sory, I should have been more descriptive. Its just on FHC, works fine everywhere else, was shitting bricks cos I'm using win 7 professional (not Ultimate) and the language packs don't appear in windows update.
