I have most priorities set (diagonal, resolution, ports, etc) and aim at something budget that will move to the second screen duty at some point in time (again tied to infrared2077 release). Basically i have no fucking idea about matrices and instead of relying on general internet opinion wish to hear FHC's. Then again i've only used CRT and a couple of second-hand TFTs so any shit could work lmao.

Curve at 27" is nonsense, UW curve at 34" is useful.
I'd (again) suggest a Dell Ultrasharp (product codes U *2digit-size* *2digit-year* H...), great pro-budget options, IPS panel, excellent adjustable stands, good colours out of the box.

Yes. I need a big fuckoff primary monitor for gayming, be it 25" or 27". My current 19" can easily pull the secondary duty as i have no need for it to be as big.
Thinking about it i can almost make out individual pixels on this one so 25" would actually be better.

Dell U2312HM is a very good 23'' screen and is one of the only IPS screens in that price point that has no ghosting issues. If you want 27'' then the Iiyama mentioned above is gud.
If you want advice on the panel type, then it's a bit more difficult.
IPS/PVA panels have great colours but unfortunately suffer from backlight bleed and that's not something that will change anytime soon. Also they have ghosting issues, even top monitors going up the 800-1k EUR have these problems.
What you actually need is to go to www.tftcentral.co.uk and read there what's up. Their monitor selector is broken af, but the panel type that you'd want for gaming at 27'' is not affordable for your mentioned budget. If you're used to how CRTs are responding (input lag or more accurately its lack of, same for ghosting and other crap that LCD panels are known for), then I'm sorry but affordable is kinda out the window.
Also bear in mind your GPU, if you go for 1050ti then you're going to hate 27'' and 1080p and absolutely be disgusted with 27'' and 1440p. 1080ti can barely drive a 1440p 144Hz screen at decent framerates in stuff other than CSGO, for reference.
Also, anything not native screen resolution is bound to look p. horrible on LCD screens as opposed to CRT screens.
Bottom line - how much are you willing to shell for screen and GPU and what's the CPU that drives your PC? What are your preferences? (e.g. I'd rather play 1080p native on 23'' than 720p on 1440p native on 27'', but ymmv).

Tbh if you're on a tight budget you have pmuch fuck all choice in your panels. Then again last i checked you play nothing where it really matters much like a fighting game or csgo so cosmin's post is making it look a lot worse than it really is.
An LG LED or something will do you just fine tbfh. Seeing the general markup shown above some cheapo LG or ASUS or something will be fine. Dell makes really good shit but if that's the markup you're looking at good luck there.
Don't get too hung up on the ghosting thing, unless you're going to spend a ton it's not going away and you likely won't even notice it in most cases tbfh, esp looking at the gfx card you're going for (I'd still stronkly recommend a 1060 for 1080p).
And yeah non-native on LCD looks awful.

Yeah as i said this is going to be a 1080p 60-75hz and i know how LCD works (badly on non-native) - i am no retard (contrary to popular belief).
Only when synthwave2077 drops will i upgrade to master racial 1440p and, hopefully, an rtx2070. Even then, probably no need for 144hz.
For general information my mobo setup is i7 3820, 4x4gb hyperx on top of x79-ud3. I am confident it will carry me into the next decade and then a bit more despite it already being ancient.
For now, after some digging, Iiyamas look nice. I have one at work and it's okay.
