Used to drink there when I worked down the road in Palace Street.

    Decent boozer.

To slow, got kidnapped and forcefed a series of increasingly complicated whisky cocktails by my so called freinds. I will attempt to hang over you this afternoon...

Top time all round. Shout out to the boys. By the way lark, did you make it to the casino? I was sceptical you would make it and even more sceptical you would win enough to cover your legal fees

Made it to the station and will be heading back to the grim north shortly. I have managed to avoid being run down by crazed Afghans (those silent Uber Prius' are deadlier than any truck). Will get pics of the parliament visit up tonight or tomorrow.

I have made it back home. Big ups to everyone who attended (tH, Lall, Duck and Zekk). Lall had to call it night early-ish, followed shortly after by the dapper as ever tH who was summoned by his insatiable new squeeze (I hope your bell-end has since recovered). Duck, Zekk and I held out until just after 23:00. I'm surprised I didn't piss the bed with the amount of Beck's I drank (I've developed quite a taste for it recently); especially as I tipped up two hours before anyone else.

I've uploaded some pics from the visit to Parliament, we were limited as to what/where we could take snaps and I'm not too good at capturing photos. Shout out to Duck who almost toppled a bronze bust of a former PM in the Member's Lobby.

    Westminster hall (original, medieval palace)
      Spoiler:

Some detail of the wooden roof in the hall (no nails used in construction, probably why it has survived for so long).
      Spoiler:

Stained glass window at the end of the hall with insignia of all the units present at the Battle of Waterloo (so most of them)
      Spoiler:

View of Parliament from the terrace
      Spoiler:

View of the Thames and Westminster Bridge from the terrace
      Spoiler:

Sorry I couldn't make it. My weekend ended up being a very weird one.

I imagine it would count as a pretty standard weekend in your eyes

No two recollections of the day/night corroborate but they involved several pitchers of beer, some dodgy joints and a ladies hockey team.
