Fisher-Price should be the world leader in electric vehicles, tbh.

Elon Musk wants Tesla to make a vertical takeoff supersonic electric jet... There's one small caveat though.

Elon Musk has said he wants Tesla to make a supersonic vertical-takeoff-and-landing electric jet, but that his head “would definitely explode” if he were to commit to the project.

Oh, and a pickup truck as well..

Mr Musk said he was “most excited” about Tesla’s plans for a pick-up truck, which the inventor said would be a “like a really futuristic cyberpunk, Blade Runner pickup truck”.

“This will be heart-stopping. It stops my heart. It’s like, oh, it’s great,” he said, adding that he did not know who would buy it, “but I don’t care”.

Is Musk on some sort of mission to become even more unbearable than his fanbase?

His supporters and haters are both equally easy to trigger.

    It's open season tbh.

This is old news. The proper way to recharge Tesla is via regenerative braking while towing it behind another car.

Using a Ford C-Max as a tow car, they towed the Model 3 for 1 mile and the energy usage app showed 1,025 Wh/mile.

Following the test, the system projected an overall range of 999 miles, which of course doesn’t make sense and it’s likely the max range that it can show.
    https://electrek.co/2018/11/09/tesla...-tow-charging/

So all you do, just buy two Teslas, drive one while towing and recharging another.

While I think the Q3 profits are due to accounting shenanigans around accounts receivable, a friendly reminder that Tesla/Panther Musk does other things too that are genuine good industrial stuff for utilities.

    Inb4 rolling blackouts.

They should build Hyperloop to deliver those batteries to SpaceX facility, to complete Musk trifecta.

    https://www.teslarati.com/elon-musk-...-ca-wildfires/

When Elon Musk initially talked about the Model X’s “Bioweapon Defense Mode,” the company’s skeptics dismissed the feature as a simple gimmick. For owners of the company’s electric cars currently affected by the raging wildfires in CA, though, Bioweapon Defense Mode has become a welcome blessing, allowing them and their passengers to breathe clean air despite the worsening air quality outside.

The "Bioweapon Defense Mode" is a fucking HEPA filter. Most modern cars have one. My vacuum cleaner has a HEPA filter too. BRB to help wildfire victims.
