The incident filmed from several angles. He was being chased down, some people are arguing this is self defense. It's easy to make an argument against that because
1) He was being bussed in armed from another state. He didn't happen to just be there. The fact that he was present there, armed was premeditated.
2) Arming yourself is inherently provacative. There's no doubt that this would have never happened if the guy wasn't armed
3) It's illegal to open carry or conceal carry a firearm in Wisconsin if the person is under the age of 18. The shooter is 17 edit: he came from Illinois, traveled to Wisconsin where this happened and was arrested in his home state. There was no legal way he could own the firearm let alone transport it anywhere as a minor. If the state takes it's job seriously his parents are fucked too, fingers crossed
