I reduce the amount of sport (I say sport loosely, I run about uselessly most of the time) I play for ONE week and patellar tendinitis flared up again.

    Gammy knee club is annoying.

Tbh I get most of my problems when I stop being active. Midseason I'm usually fine, it's the pesky month or so breaks when winters sports end and summer sports haven't started yet that get me.

Swimming pools are expensive in London unfortunately. I might splash out on a gym membership with a pool soon though.

I'm just going to start running in the evenings when I can, we have some fairly early cricket fixtures too which means I should have less downtime.
