    monday doesn't deserve a thread

I finally worked some annoying wax out of my right ear and having it gome feels amazing. It's probably my biggest achievement this year so far.

Also I keep waking up in a panic thinking I'm being suffocated by a weight on my chest, so I guess that's my pension deficit dealt with.

sounds more like something you should be talking to a doctor about tbh, it could be reduced lung capacity for any number of reasons showing up like that. capacity as in oxygen intake, not total volume, the flow in and out is noticeably smaller when sleeping and so forth.

dat shit ain't funny, i got a familiy member with COPD who basically complained about that sort of stuff initially, and yes it can hit non-smokers too.
