Don't quite see how that makes me retarded.

Look through my characters losses, or just read the post at the top of page 7 (which I think should be this page, unless I accidentally snipe).

They still work just as fine without links if you're competent.

Disclaimer: Railharpy, as with the vast majority of MY personal fits, requires a high degree of competence. It is NOT forgiving of errors, it is VERY tight on fittings(aka u better have max skills), requires a moderate to high degree of micromanagement/situational awareness, having knowledge of how to kite, and all the mechanics thereof.

For ammo (not sure if I mention it here) you should be carrying:

    Faction Antimatter
    Faction Plutonium
    Faction Uranium
    Faction Javelin
Faction Spike (more so now with the popularity of untanked retards with TDs thinking they're safe at range).

There are some folks who tweak out the CPR for various other things, but that completely removes your ability to solo some cruisers, and all BC and up.

Do NOT be a retard and leeroy into web range - the webs are primarily there for defensive purposes. I've lost count of how many retards tell me "x will beat you because I can hit you when you're in web range." No you can't, this harpy should NEVER be closer than 20km from p. much everything.

Webs should stay permaheated and the second something starts closing, you start spamming them - this generally slows stuff down enough that you can pull range/gives you time to heat your prop mod.

Webs CAN be used offensively, but do this with care - vs interceptors for example, I often go offensive with them in order to prevent things faster than me escaping. Also, if something somehow DOES manage to land a scram on you, javelin + the 2 webs generally result in zero issues tracking them and they die pretty quickly to your very solid dps.

The strength of this fit is that it is generally faster than anything that can outbrawl it, can outbrawl anything that is faster, and outdps every other frig hull at range, with the singular exception being 1-2 AT frigates.

Dual TD condors(or w/e) die easily to manual piloting to reduce xversal + spike.

Feel free to ask any further questions you might have.

Where the fuck do i get Faction javelin and Faction spike at

    You have a dev alt.

We're supposed to keep that stuff quiet, ignore it, most people here don't have dev alts and therefore can't get em. (Raivi don't get me fired plz)

Turns out you can now just barely fit all you'd want in a Harpy in an afterburner fit (needs 3% CPU)

    [Harpy, 1v1 beast]

    Vortex Compact Magnetic Field Stabilizer
    Vortex Compact Magnetic Field Stabilizer
    EFFA Compact Assault Damage Control

    Pithum C-Type Medium Shield Booster
    Warp Scrambler II
    1MN Y-S8 Compact Afterburner
Small 'Siesta' Capacitor Booster, Navy Cap Booster 400

Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S
Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S
Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S
Light Neutron Blaster II, Void S
    [Empty High slot]

    Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II
    Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II

This fit has it all - neutrons for very good scram range projection, nicely plugged EM hole, 340 void dps hot, 300 dps tanked, 13 seconds of god-mode.

"AB faggot REEEEE, try 0.0 with this"
    1. The same fit can be done with MWD and ions if you're more about 1vX and shitting on ceptors and whatnot, however i think nano AC Wolf is vastly superior there, due to better mobility
    2. non-oversized AB in todays meta does have surprisingly many 0.0 uses

Bonus: puts the popular 800+ dps Hecate straight into the dumpster, without any piloting skill required:

Pretty sure at zero this can take on Caracals, mediocrily piloted Nomens and probably even bad Orthrus fits

I like it, though if you ran ions could you upgrade the mfs and drop the implant? Might be worth it

    Also, fuck those hecates

Makes sense. Also optimal is King on harpies; I always use null or void because on optimal bonuses ships (harpy enyo ishkur etc) there's only a tiny range that antimatter out damages either.

My next thought on the fit would be to drop the second anti em rig for a cpu rig, maybe meta the scram and see where that takes you
