If you use a Dread Guristas point (same range as T2, but uses 4 less CPU, costs ~10M) you can upgrade the webs to Meta4 giving you:

Personally (without actually flying this), I would go with a Locus rig and just carry Drop for when you need tracking desperately at range, with the 2 x Meta4 webs giving you enough tracking within 13km.

I thought about that, but even at ~20 I occasionally get tracking issues when I have to orbit without some sort of tracking boost. I do need to start carrying drop tho(its on my list).

Can replace damp for a web if you want. ~10k EHP, solid resist profile, excellent dps projection, and if you have loki bonuses you can just laugh at anything using large guns attempting to hit you. You can just spread out damps so larger ships take forever to lock you, or load up on webs to slow your chosen target down. Fitting a point requires some shenanigans and/or lost dps, but can be done.

Entire fleets of these are gonna be murder on larger ships now that you have logi....I can't wait! WINTER IS COMING!

AF V, All hybrid skills V including spec and rocket spec V. Full 5% deck, however I can confirm without any of this, it would have still played out the same way, easily.

It requires both Genos, and 3 or 5% weapon upgrade implant. NOT slot 6 as there is where the 3 or 5% small hybrid damage implant goes. If you want to save ISK, drop the rocket. Problem solved but do NOT drop the second magstab for a TE, it already does max DPS within 11km. Any extra range is outside tackle range and wasted.
