    switzkova (can't fucking spell it, have never been able to) is better, but then it's one of my favourite foods so i'm biased

    Lived in Prague for six years, pm me if you want ideas. If you like clubbing cross club used to be a good shout.
    It's spelled Rindsschnitzel.

    @Halbarad
    Blutreiter probably still lives there, maybe hit him in up in discord. Not sure if he's still active on ze forams.
    Nah it's sweeter, similar though.

    It's literally the same, bohemian cuisine = (east) austrian cuisine.
    It's what my gran would cook as a sunday roast for birthdays and stuff.

    It looks similar but not the same, seems like there's less cream and it looks less sweet. I whatsapped mum (who's German) and she said the same *shrug

    I guess i'll try it next time i visit Austria. It just doesn't look the same as the food i know and a quick google indicates the recipe's different too - regional differences maybe?

    I'm talking about a specific czech dish that i grew up with, not really sure where i even implied the above. Obviously stoffl knows that better, he's probably right: like i said i'd like to try the dish he mentioned to see if it is indeed exactly the same.

    Feel free to jump down my throat again though - did you run out of pot/magic cards/misogyny/poundshop communism/memes?

    The Czech dumplings are different, my gran would make Serviettenknödel, which are just tastier tbh - but that's it.

    Böhmische Knödel ftw.

    (Grandparents live(d) in a village that was divided after the war, the other side is Bohemian.)
