    My a/c bill will be 200 dollars this month. This has been the “coldest” Spring since I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2013. Actually 2013 had a good run of cool weather in March. 2014.

    there's a couple of places that sit on aquifers with similar issues (sinking, but maybe not the pollution) - london is one major one
