Press Go Advanced. Everything's there.
You can set the advanced editor as default in your settings.

Even in advanced mode theres no smilies or bbcode buttons.

It doesn't appear until you first click one of the Reply/Reply With Quote buttons, or that's what I get anyway.

The threadlist is intentionally very compact. Is it too compact?
I think the whole theme is too dark.. I'll make it brighter.

I like the look. Only thing that's bothering me at present is the random arrangement of the smilies - the default set -> odd ones -> FHC memes made a lot more sense.

The "Normal Threads" heading on the threadlist is a misnomer.

I think it is fine the way it is, has the old FHC look and feel. Good work there, Don

Also suggest that .userinfo and .postbody be the same colour, with .postbody being a bit darker it kinda comes across like a textarea that I wanna type into. Maybe I'll get used to it yet, I dunno? vOv

Also, the Quick Reply textarea is still black text on white.

EDIT: in fact all reply textareas are still black text on white.

I turned it on now but you should probably turn it on by default. I can't remember a forum where I had to go into my settings just to get formatting options (no I didn't get them when I clicked "go advanced"). But thnx for the help I have it now

Linux server vs Windows dev computer? regexes will behave slightly differently, iirc. Haven't done that for a while.

It's the default skin, so unless you previously selected another skin, it will use that one.

The problem wasn't the operating system. I was using version 7.9 of PCRE (the regex module) while the server has version 8.1. They changed the way that delimiters are handled, so once I realized what the problem was, I installed 8.1 on my computer, did a couple tests and fixed it.

Looks pretty nice, although the tad darker tone compared to the old theme (I think?) means your very own name is pretty hard to distinguish from the background :P

box-shadow on the reply button (.newcontent_textcontrol)

bottom-margin on the .above_body

white border on the Forum / Whats New buttons at the top sucks (.navtabs li a.navtab)
same with the search box (.globalsearch .textboxcontainer span)

submit buttons could do with more top/bottom padding imo (.actionbuttons .group .button)

i think going rounded borders would improve it generally, just 2 or 3px radius tho nothing severe but it does take the edge off vOv

agree with making the post and user info divs the same bg colour, looks odd with them different and the bottom bar thing kinda merges with the user info
