Hes right though, unlike german armed police, knives have been known to actually kill people.

Has been a few years, just wanted to reassure people that after buying another knife in 2017, I haven't stabbed anyone yet. i know it was a legitimate concern for some.

i've been thinking of getting a bow for the last year. garden is just long enough to plink away. think i'd find it quite relaxing. also think it's one of those gear rabbit holes i'd fall down where i end up massively overspending for olympic level shit i really don't need

Actually funnily enough I discovered a few years back that I like to collect knives. Sharpening tools needed are not that many once you get used to each knife's proper orientation on the grinding stone.

What I really want is a butterfly knife because flipping a trainer is like banging a pillow. Unfortunately they seem to be illegal to even buy in the UK for some reason - I get that carrying daily a thing like that is not OK but flipping it in my home shouldn't be, ffs. Pretty miffed.

I stabbed myself the other week, but it was due to poor tool use on my behalf.

the lethal weapon i opted for in 2017 ended up being:

but replaced it after a while (didn't trust the 1st one when using it to pry things apart, flexed too much)

My dream knife is one of these badboys

Bit out of my price range and now the only way to get one is by emailing at 6pm on friday the chap who makes them and hoping you get one before someone else. Lovely thing though

Idk about mountain lions but trying to kill a rattlesnake with a knife is dumb as fuck and you shouldn't even aproach the fellow unless you actually know what you're doing. They're also defensive and will take any opportunity to gtfo from you. Plus some of them are protected species.

I really get triggered when it comes to snakes. Most bites are fully preventable because some idiot considered it a good idea to handle a pit viper or try to poke it with a stick and so on.
