Pay AUR to change gender / race / bloodline

When a charachter is traded. CCP should allow one single remake. And then once every year.
Personally, I got my char from a friend. Female amarr something. I wanna be a black nigger. for real. I'd pay lots of AUR.
Every 6 month? teh fuck. Some people lived with their bloodline thing for 8 years. should only be once every year or less.

You should be allowed to change gender exactly once, and the EXACT SAME morphs should be applied to your new char as your old one (inc hair colour etc) with the added 'feature' that your chin width is slightly outside the bounds normally allowed by that gender (eg wider chinned woman, thinner chinned man)

I'm fine with all of these, but the name change is something I've never understood. Why wasn't it around earlier? Seriously? There's no question people get hooked and want a better character, or old players return and don't want to start from scratch. I would absolutely love if I could change all my characters names to something of my own creation.
