At least it ain't late GoT with teleporting fourth wall breaks and generally ruining something that was good.

Be careful with all those truth bombs you're carrying. Someone might get hurt.

Theres still some teleporting going on (as Razor pointed out), but it mostly is dealt with via time skips.

GoT is only interesting for the "How will they solve the mess theyve written themselves into, and who will get naked in the process?" factor by now.

The Expanse has dealt with the passage of time a hell of a lot better than GoT did last season.

You have to remember that they were making this on Syfy money. I'm hoping Amazon pump a little more in.

    honestly speaking

that martian team on the Donnager in S1 should have received at least 20 medals

    >btw lads escort the suspect
    >oh also our PDCs are down
    >oh also our ship is being boarded
    >by an unknown enemy strength
    >also we're suicidiing

    "OK, we did it"

    That battle was awesome sauce,

The battle with the station and the stealth ship later near Eros was really cool but the Donnager battle is still the coolest fight so far in terms of full spectrum battle. (foot soldier POV, space POV, escape POV)

The attacking team is even worse.

    >lads, lets take on a ship with more tonnage than our wing combined, what could go wrong??
    >welp, we're getting shredded, but at least the target is a sitting duck.... lets board it...
    >oh no, we've lost all our ships...
    >We've managed to control every section of the ship, except the two that would get us exploded...
    >oh no, we really didn't expect that.

Latest ep just continued to bring good shit! And a whole lot of strange. Loving every bit!

      Spoiler:
That said, space marines are still so dumb-solider-character. I mean, what could possibly wrong if we try to force/use force inside a thing that takes a very casual approach to giving a shit about what humans in that universe perceives as reality and rules of physics/everything. And they already know it speed limits objects, what the fuck would shooting do? Other than piss "it" off, but nope - no talking to command, just arm up, go and then decide to throw grenades (nice schematics of that guy btw). Goes for Belter dummies too, "we activate, we own, lets go" tbh.

That said, if they hadnt pissed it off it wouldnt have shown off its stopping ability in a very bad ass way.

Multiverse was kind of cool but somewhat expected, but didnt quite get what it meant when Holden was getting a knowledge transfer at hyper-speed.
I looked like "once it was all good but then [something] and now its shit/game over on a planetary/universal scale" but feels a bit too simple?

Speaking of not getting parts of this, I must have missed or not heard what Jules daughter is planning and why? Someone shed some light pls, I r no getting.

Im just being overly negative, I have no real issue its just that it feels lazy as its so obvious they should have learned, this if a fucking great show!!!

      Spoiler:
she blames Holden for everything that happened to her father Jules Pierre Mao (JPM) and possibly even death of her sister Julie (although that is misplaced)

Non book reader, don't know quite what she is planning

Really? Thats it? I was at least hoping for some cloak and dagger ops, simple revenge seems so...straight forward. :P

      Spoiler:
Melissa story arc is plain revenge.

What did Holden see? The war.
It's kinda long to explain, will try to shorten it.

"Ring Race" sends probes to many systems, probes takes million/billions of years to reach a system.
Inhabitants of that system have evolved very far, gets attacked by proto-molecule, it builds the gate. Now they got direct access to their aggressor.
War erupts, the "defending race" is much more powerful, "ring race" defends itself by detonating their sun and closing the gate.

That is all we know so far from the books, there is lots of closed gates. Is the "defending race" behind any of the other gate closed or open?

Name change + a black market upgrade.
Her funds was severely limited after the Mao assets got seized.

Why you see her mouth movement before she goes psycho on people.
