There is basically no legal way to watch it in Europe unless you are willing to wait 6 months for it to land on Netlix.

I torrernt episodes then watch them on Netflix when they come out

It's airing on Space channel in Canada, so I've been recording on my PVR and binge watching every few weeks.

Last couple episodes were pretty awesome indeed. The slingshot and Miller's cameo were two things I was really looking forward to seeing from the books, and they didn't disappoint. That bloody documentary crew though, no way that's gonna bite them later...

I always had the impression the ring came fully assembled.
    Did think it was small.

it's mentioned as being >1000km across in book6.
ISTR it flies up to it's location from Venus, then assembles itself at the end of 2 / start of 3.

i too pirate it 'cos of no right to legally watch it. I bought a netflix subscription for altered carbon (and it turns out, 7 seasons of how to train your dragon my son loves) and will happily pay amazon to stream it, but what teh fuck syfy
Please don't teach me what to do with my pc.

In Germany it's on Netflix, although season 3 hasn't been released there yet. I read somewhere that Netflix starts their airing after the season's run in the U.S., because of :licensing:.

But once it hits, the whole season is available.

As with lots of the in-space shots in the show, they need to mess with proportions to give the viewer things to actually view - a little one man can flying through a 1000km ring is literally a spec of dust. I've convinced myself that all the space stuff is abstract representations to keep myself sane.

P much. If you're not an American viewer watching the first airing live on SyFy channel, it doesn't matter whether you watch legitimately or not - SyFy will see $0 either way. Euros (or anywhere else in the world) pirating is having zero impact on the profitability of the show for SyFy.

Though maybe some of that blame lies with the producer for giving them shit licensing terms. vOv
