We used total of 14 characters/pilots and our budget for the whole tournament was about 8 billion ISK including all the ships and fittings, implants and 2bil entry fee.

Our member base has 56 characters including 15 characters usable in Alliance Tournament, about 20 characters on closed accounts or people who just don't play anymore and rest 30 are alts of other players in or out Paisti Syndicate. Being the smallest alliance in Final Day and advancing to round-of-8 this year and round-of-16 last year.
