We are a small combat corporation, currently based out of Syndicate, with the goal of killing whatever we can find. As one of the three core corporations of Rote Kapelle, we've done everything from 5 to 50 person roams, pirate raids in lowsec, alliance tournament work and anything else that involves explosions.

Our primary goal is to be one of the best small gang PVP corps in EVE. This means we're looking for a certain kind of pilot, one who is able not to just fit ships "correctly", but rather see the logic behind a certain ship design. Someone who will not only be able to execute orders in gangs we run, but see the strategy underlying them. It is only through excellent pilots who understand their ships, their roles in gangs, and are willing to take the initiative that we can hope to take on enemy fleets that outnumber us and win.

What we offer

- Extremely few blues + NBSI policy = almost everything is a target.
- Very active forums and killboard; After Action Reports, Ship Fitting discussions and a generally tightly knit community.

- Alliance logistics - We want you to have time to kill stuff instead of spending it on scouting ships and equipment through null and lowsec.
- A focus on quality, with no drama and a laid back nature. There is room for a more philosophical approach to EVE, rather than just conforming to doctrine.

What we don't offer
- Required CTAs and Sovereignty grinds.
- Ship reimbursement program. While we try and hand out loot from an op to those who explode, there are no guarantees, we expect you to be self sufficient and learn from your losses.
- Mining ops and industry. If you mine while in corp, we will blow you up. No, we are not joking.
- Someone to hold your hand.

What we are looking for
- Brains.
- Team players.
- Ability to talk and listen on voice comms.
- The will to contribute to Selective Pressure and hold the bar high.
- Focus on PVP above everything else.

Yea, things didn't work out between LUCRH and RK, for a variety of reasons on both sides.

One side however, decided to go public to whine about a blind date gone bad.

while the 'you got out trolled, i am teh bettar troller!' bit was all a bit derp, the earlier comments seem fairly legit. you do have a repuation for going ott splerging about fits, and to an extent you give off the vibe you're proud of this and comfortable with it. so it's fair play to put that out there so others not keen on the mindset know that RK probably isn't their cup of tea.

as for my mighty warrior battle ishtar, early AM derping is practically my speciality i know i shouldn't undock past a certain time, but wtf else am i gonna do? also this smiley is epic:

When you tell someone that you like it rough and they say "Oh yeah me too", but they are thinking a smack on the ass and some nipple tweaking......

Then you have them bent over a saw horse in 4 point restraints and a gimp mask stuffing something too large into something too small and having them tell you what a good little whore they are; they start to think "This really wasn't my idea of rough, but I'll try to see how it works out"

RK has a culture of "try to be optimal, learn from your mistakes, or you're a failure" - FOVRA has the same attitude, which is one of the reasons we bond well with the alliance (that, and because I'm a former STIM CEO/director, rawr). The one major difference between our two corps is that our small size allows me to police the corp a lot more effectively, meaning failure does not occur very often, and Fovrans don't cause drama for other people most of the time. Thus, we're more lovable .

No comment on the LUCHR thing btw, other than to say that both sides failed in various ways, and that it was pretty much not going to work out (especially after reading ze blog).

We're mostly an American corp, but we do have members from Italy and Croatia as well, so if your from these countries but your English isn't the best, consider us as we have people that can help you get a lot better at it. Bonus points if we pick up any Norwegians during this recruitment drive though, jeg snakker litt norsk...

That said, you need to speak English well enough that I can understand you when you're asking excitedly for backup next door :P.
