The biggest way to nerf him is to remove Parrrley's critting.

Thing is GP's deny WAS anti-fun, especially when he's the only champ that can do it and you can't respond beyond playing hyper-agressive in your lane. Denies is a bullshit concept anyway, promotes micro and gives the advantage to those APM spazkids.
Also I'd quite like to see Parrley's crit removed and the damage normalised (fyi they already reduced the gold gain on Parrley a few patches back), would give GP more build options too rather than RUSH CRIT RAPE FACE.

1. Micro and apm should be rewarding. This is not a turn based strategy, it's meant to be skill game.
2. Saying that gp got only deny in game and that was bad is not really a problem. Tf got only skill that gives additional gold to whole team and zilean got a same xp passive. And no one is saying it was unbalalanced. Gp was underplayed and at bad spot, now he just got buffed too much. It has nothing to do with deny.
3. Crit removal from parrley is not a problem. Nor is getting crit on him. His passive is op. And the fact that he deals absurd amount of dmg from it and red buff not to mention stacking slows from both and ult while he can just build tanky dps and rape faces.
parley critting isnt enough to make him not op imo, i don't even build crit on him and raeeeep. He is ridic ganking out of the jungle because basically no one escapes. He needs his Q treated like a ranged attack so that it doesnt slow as much with red buff. Its also OP that his passive stacks with red. Also, iirc they are nerfing global ults? Will they also changed GPs? Cause i still think its p ridic that with his already awesome skillset he can be jungling or on the other side of the map and initiate or cleanup with his ulti or influence a battle in some major way.
