I dunno, she could have just said "I'm impressed by how well my government is carrying out the will of the people following the referendum. The economic doom and gloom was largely unfounded and making a success of brexit is guaranteed by the team that is in place. I'd vote for it in a rerun of the referendum"

Shit all over Cameron for being unable to stomach brexit, pander to the 'will of the people', flatter some colleagues who are out for your guts all in one move.
She could have said that, had she been someone who can think on their feet.
You think she didn't get prepped for the interview beforehand? I mean even if she didn't get the questions in advance it's one of those that's bound to come up...

It's pretty fucking disgusting to charge the poorest people in the country an inflated rate to phone to object to their benefits being screwed up.

So despite Theresa going cap in hand, in person to Brussels, the EU's stance towards the UK has hardened.

If it weren't for the fact Corbyn obviously loathes the EU, I'd be sticking money on brexit just not happening at this point.

If Corbyn didn't loathe the EU, the vote have been in.

Nobody loves the EU. That's why Remain lost, because the best they (we) could come up with was "well, it could be worse" while Brexiteers loath the EU - if only as an abstract construct they can project all their insecurities onto. But that's moot, since at this point Corbyn could dress head to toe in EU blue & we'd still be leaving since the Tories will in all likelihood blunder their way through to 2019 & even if there was another GE, Labour can't get into government by opposing it - since a majority did vote leave & the Tory election pledge to make life worse for everyone except those who hate the EU & immigration won them the biggest vote share in decades.

Plenty of people love the EU. We've just had the tabloid press spend literal decades make up so much bullshit that saying so is political suicide.

At least when Corbyn was asked how he would vote if the referendum were held tomorrow he replied that he'd go for Remain.

    This tbh.

It's ridiculous how much bullshit your media managed to print about it.
