    Imperial Courier- Mo' Lave Express

I love this little ship. Don't get me wrong the Vulture is pretty much superior in every way, except price, but the Courier is, in my opinion, much more fun to pilot. They're also pretty cheap to kit out. The only real weakness is the capacitor. I usually fire the pulses until they run out and then switch to my multicannon while I wait for the capacitor to recharge. Anyway here is my fit. I tried a lot of different weapons (nose mounted rail gun or PA, nose mounted gimballed cannon, burst lasers or nose mounted fixed beam with to gimballed multis) but the capacitor kept running out of juice or it just wouldn't take the shield down quickly enough.

I totally agree with your view on the Courier v. Vulture. The courier is the crotch rocket to the vulture muscle car. With respects to the capacitor, if I'm in combat I run 4/2 pips in Weapons & Systems. It's really the only way to keep up enough DPS, and its fast enough that you don't really need to worry about speed for the most part.

Ignore that its 2% over, E shipyard doesn't let you set the priority for the cargo hatch which is 3%.

Tried the railgun but I thought it took too much capacitor. You can turn off the cargo hatch. It is right below the ship name in ED shipyard.

You could get some more power out of that fit if you learn to cycle the shield cell banks during combat, and have a couple of the weapons on lower priority to keep everything else running while the shield cells are boosting.

That's pretty much what I've done with mine, the class 2 shield bank is priority 2 so you have extra charges for when you need to GTFO or if the class 3 runs out.
