For some reason there are no Small Nanobot Accelerator IIs/Small Auxiliary Nano Pump IIs for sale in all of eve.

No you invent from copies only, and I don't do rigs at all so buying the bpo would just confuse and anger me. Just giving you a last ditch option.
Put a decent buy order in Jita and someone will probably fill it fast.

Where the hell is Jensius? Do you mean Genesis? Also, building them quickly (i.e. doing the invention from single-run BPCs) would give a material cost of around 72m per rig, so a selling price of 90m each. Inventing from max-run BPCs would take a bit longer but would put the price at around 50m each.
