    Im so sick of the fact that CCP still havnt given a proper way to stop the deactivation of modules. Dying due to that is so damn annoying.

    If you dont know what im talking about, if you deactive a mod, i.e red cycle it, theres no way to stop that mod from stopping. And due to :eve: it takes more then a second to activate the mod again. Meaning that if you are a fast frig you can lose way over 2km/s on your mwd speed because you have to reactive the mod.

    You might say, dont be a bad and activate only once then. But if you were scrammed or have another reason that you need to spam a mod its almost impossible to only hit it once.


    They should just make it so one hit activates, if its working another click deactivates and if you click it again during that time (maybe while holding alt or something) it keeps running normally.

    Doesn't the server have like a 1 sec tick anyways? Stop spamming like a spakker and hit the button once a second.

    Honestly, i have no idea how that whole server thing works. If you press your mwd at any time it will instantly activate, it doesnt take a second untill you start gaining speed: if you have a target locked and then start shooting you shoot the instant you press the button, not till the full second later. Or at least it seems like that to me all the time.

    There is some server tick rate stuff going on, for example scrams dont drop the second you leave range but the next second, sometimes that means you are scrammed 5km outside of scram range. And if you press only once per second you might start at 0.9 seconds meaning it takes you 1.9 seconds to start burning again compared to if you spam and start burning at 1.0. Idk.

    Actually it is pertinent to his point. Having only read a little of server tick and how "stuff" is processed and acknowledged. But, really if you cannot acutely control that "SPAM BUTTAN KAM AHN ACTIV8MWD!!1", perhaps slow it down so you can?

    I see the ship paint jobs are still stupidly over priced in this game. Can someone explain to me why they don't lower it down to a couple dollars and make a thousand times more revenue than they are now? Maybe someone who still has CCP connections can explain what microtransactions are? Just trying to understand the method behind the madness here.
